Position: Account Manager for IL/WI Region
Position Summary/Objective:
This position provides the primary means of developing new opportunities for supplier partners within new and existing account relationships and locations. The objective is attained by building deep and broad relationships within the direct and distribution customers in the defined territory. The goal is to develop significant new business in assigned accounts by leveraging knowledge of consultative, value-based selling strategies. Revenue generation and customer satisfaction are achieved by working with support teams, closing sales, and acting by the company’s vision, values, and strategy. This position is the face of JF Kilfoil to the Principals.
Expectations:
Develop and maintain relationships in JF Kilfoil’s existing customer base to generate additional sales.
Develop business and high-level contact relationships with prospective accounts.
Develop a strategy to penetrate accounts.
Demonstrate ability to work within a team selling environment.
Utilize strong time management and organizational skills.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
Measurements:
Total revenue generated.
Territory, account plan, and pipeline development.
Communication with JF Kilfoil Management.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships in JF Kilfoil’s existing customer base to generate additional sales.

Develop a strategy to penetrate accounts.
Demonstrate ability to work within a team selling environment.
Continually improve personal selling capabilities and utilize strong time management and organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Experience:
Prefer a four-year college degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position and/or field.
Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Sales.
Printed Circuit Board and program management experience preferred.
Work Skills:
Highly skilled in communication – both written and verbal.
Highly skilled with data: compiling, comparing, evaluating, inputting, reporting and synthesizing.
Highly skilled with people: persuading, mentoring, serving, counseling, leading, helping.
Acts independently yet can work in a team environment.
Adapts quickly to new technologies and products.
Demonstrates consultative selling skills and understands value-based selling.
Basic skills in computer operation.
Strong technical presentation skills.
